Description of Service JARVIS Intelligence provides an AI-powered business intelligence platform that allows users to connect databases, build semantic layers, generate data visualizations, and run analytics queries. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility and Account Security Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. Account Responsibility: You must provide accurate registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and database connection tokens. Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify us immediately at security@exploreomni.xyz of any unauthorized access or security breach regarding your account. 3. Customer Data and AI Processing Ownership of Data: You retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and title to the datasets, schemas, credentials, and queries you connect to or input into the Service ("Customer Data"). Use the Service to build a competing business intelligence or AI data analysis product. Interfere with, disrupt, or bypass any security features, access controls, or query rate-limiting thresholds. Proprietary Rights JARVIS Intelligence retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, algorithms, User Interface designs, command-line interface (CLI) tools, branding, and documentation. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service as permitted under these Terms. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS, CHARTS, AND ANALYTICS, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. JARVIS INTELLIGENCE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY. AI MODELS MAY OCCASIONALLY GENERATE INACCURATE DATA SUMMARIES; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL MISSION-CRITICAL BUSINESS METRICS. 8. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JARVIS INTELLIGENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO JARVIS INTELLIGENCE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. 9. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JARVIS Intelligence and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, obligations, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any third-party data privacy or intellectual property rights. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform

No Warranty of Accuracy: Artificial intelligence models may occasionally produce automated inaccuracies, hallucinations, or data summary errors. Users bear sole responsibility for verifying all mission-critical commercial metrics, financial data, and database outputs before making business decisions. 2. $JARVIS Token Status and Utility Disclaimer Utility Mechanism Only: The $JARVIS cryptographic token is designed strictly to facilitate, power, secure, or govern decentralized infrastructure parameters within the JARVIS Intelligence ecosystem. No Ownership Claims: Holding, staking, or acquiring $JARVIS tokens does not grant you any equity ownership, shares, dividends, profit distribution, or liquidation rights in JARVIS Intelligence as a corporate entity. Not an Investment Product: $JARVIS tokens are not intended to be structured as a financial security or debt instrument in any jurisdiction. You should not acquire $JARVIS tokens with an expectation of profit derived from the managerial or structural efforts of the JARVIS Intelligence team. 3. Token-to-Equity Exchange & Conversion Disclosures Private Contractual Precedence: Any mechanism allowing for the exchange or conversion of $JARVIS tokens into future corporate equity or shares is strictly governed by a separate, privately executed contract (such as a SAFE with an attached Token Side Letter). Possession of $JARVIS tokens on the open market does not grant automatic conversion rights. Accredited Status Required: To comply with securities laws, any individual or entity seeking to execute a token-to-equity conversion must satisfy local regulatory definitions of an Accredited Investor or Qualified Purchaser. Technical and Smart Contract Risks Open-Source & Smart Contract Vulnerabilities: All smart contracts, staking vaults, and token distribution ledgers are deployed on an "as-is" basis. Blockchain protocols are inherently susceptible to software bugs, malicious exploits, or transaction reversals. Private Key Responsibility: JARVIS Intelligence has no access to your digital wallets. You are solely responsible for protecting your private keys. JARVIS Intelligence cannot recover or refund $JARVIS tokens transferred to incorrect addresses or compromised wallets. 6. Regional Restrictions and Jurisdictional Compliance Prohibited Jurisdictions: Access to the platform, token distributions, or equity conversion programs may be restricted or prohibited by law in certain countries (including sanctioned regions or jurisdictions with strict digital asset regulations). It is your personal responsibility to ensure your interaction with $JARVIS complies with your local laws. No Refund Policy: All platform purchases, subscription fees, airdrops, and token acquisitions are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
