Last updated: June 30, 2026. By accessing or using Agent Jarvis, you agree to these terms. 1. Description of Service Agent Jarvis is a market intelligence platform. We aggregate data from third party market, social, and onchain sources and present it in a unified interface. We may change, suspend or remove features at any time without notice. 2. Eligibility and Account Security You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, API keys and authentication tokens secure. Notify us immediately at security@agentjarvis.app if you suspect unauthorized access. 3. Customer Data You retain ownership of any data you input or connect to the service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service, generate insights and fix technical issues. Do not input data that violates third party intellectual property or privacy rights. 4. Acceptable Use You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service; use it to build a competing product; interfere with security or rate limits; or process unlawful, defamatory, or malicious data through the platform. 5. Fees and Payments Some features are billed on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring cycle. We may change prices with at least thirty days notice. Paid fees are non refundable except where required by law. 6. Proprietary Rights Agent Jarvis retains all rights to the software, interface, branding, algorithms and documentation. No rights are granted beyond your right to use the service under these terms. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All market data and insights are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Jarvis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. 9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify Agent Jarvis against claims arising from your breach of these terms or violation of third party rights. 10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Agent Jarvis is registered. Disputes must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. 11. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform.
Privacy Policy

Connected Data: API keys, wallet addresses, watchlists and other data you explicitly choose to connect or track. Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, page interactions and query logs. 2. How We Use Your Information To provide, maintain and improve the platform. To generate insights, charts and reports you request. To secure the platform, authenticate users and prevent fraud. To process payments and send product updates. 3. Data Sharing and Third Parties We do not sell your personal or connected data. We may share data with essential service providers, such as hosting, payment and analytics vendors, and with third party models that process queries to generate insights. 4. Data Security and Retention We use industry standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Credentials are stored in isolated, encrypted environments. You can revoke connected data sources through your account settings. 6. Updates to This Policy We may update this policy periodically.
